how do you took the photos ?

Not sure how technical you want, but it's two umbrellas reflected back on the white seemless at full power... Then a strobe at 90 degrees to the model... played with the Fstop until I got what you you see. Finiashed with B&W conversion with Nikon Capture NX2.
